Sound Healing
We all have a vibration, every entity in the universe has its own vibrational signature. From the thoughts pulsating through your mind, to animals, plants, the ocean and mountains. When I play my crystal healing bowls, I am channelling healing energy through me and out of the healing bowls. The vibration works on a cellular level, creating balance and harmony within you. The energy is calming, grounding and above all healing for your mind, physical body and emotional self.
Sound Bath
The sound bath last for one hour, this experience includes chakra healing, oracle cards and individual healing from the vibration of my seven crystal quartz bowls.

I offer group sound baths to adults and children on retreats, hen do, birthday celebration and work socials. My sound baths can be tailed to your personal preference!
Living in the busy world we do, a sound bath is the perfect way to relax and centre oneself. An hour of pure healing tranquility.
1-1 Sound Healing & Reiki
I offer one-to-one sound healing treatments for an hour and half. This time allows me to go deep within your body's energy field and release the ill-health you may be consciously and unconsciously holding on to.

During this treatment I will play my seven crystal quartz healing bowls whilst you lie relaxed on my treatment bed. I will incorporate reiki, oracle cards, channelling and sound healing into this treatment. It is such a soothing and special treatment to experience. You will gain a deep insight into your body's health and wellbeing.
